Scopes=Mental Capacity

Stepping on the stage, his presence is undeniable. This man has a confidence like no other. Delivering his lyrics like they were made especially for his tongue. Scopes is a local artist bringing noise to the 614. He has been on the underground scene for 6 years, and has done so many different things.  This man has performed 816 shows and counting; that, within its self says a lot about his work ethic and his drive. He was just nominated for best collaboration at the Ohio Hip Hop Awards for his collab on the Columbus Riot.  Scopes releases exceptional music, the first song he recorded and released was “Chop Chop”, and it still bangs like it was just released. He has a “controversial” mixtape coming out soon and he is also working on his debut album entitled “Dana Scopes Mobley”. I truly look forward to what he is going to produce. Talented, ambitious, and determined is just a few words that describe him as an artist. Scopes embeds his thoughts in your mind when he delivers his lyrics, I can honestly say that this man is a lyricist, a performer and a talented artist. As I sat in the crowd and watch this man perform, he engaged with the crowd keeping us intrigued; trying to figure out what exactly he was going to say or do next.
